Croatia - August 2013
On August 2013 (8-18) we spent our summer holidays in Croatia.
We flew to Dubrovnik from Rome (after having visited Sebastiao Salgado's exhibition "Genesi" in the Ara Pacis museum).
We spent 2 nights in Dubrovnik, the first day we visited the lovely city and the second one we drove up to Korcula island stopping in Ston (nice salt flats) and Orebic.
The third day we drove to Zadar where we met with Benedetta's cousin and together rented a sailing boat (Oceanis 34) in Marina Dalmacija for a week. We spent a really pleasant week sailing in the Kornati islands archipelago.
At the end of the week we drove back home all together, stopping one night in Postojna for a visit at the famous caves.
